Since this seems to be the popular choice and I love the idea this will be what I'll post. This will have 3 rounds which includes the entry of a portrait and a full doll. Any character male or female are welcome as long as it is one found in the cartoon and I can find reference to them. There were many great cartoons back then, I remember watching a lot of different ones. Most of all have fun and let's bring back our 80's toons.
(Update) I made this easier by moving the contest to a site. You can still put your choices here or in a note, best of all you can also add who your dolling on the shoutbox on the page. This is hopefully to make it easier and get more interest.
